Through the American Heart Association’s Mission: Lifelife grant, Dr. Fluture helped lead efforts to improve heart attack response times for patients across Wyoming. At Wyoming Medical Center, our treatment times were measured as being among the top 10 percent of hospitals in the country.
“We have made significant improvements in our overall care for myocardial infarction over the last few years. Our time to detect and then to treat heart attacks has been consistently among the very best in the nation,” he said. “Major changes have been made in our emergency medical services. All these have led to significant improvements in our heart attack survival rate.”
Other than English, he speaks French, German, Romanian and Spanish.
