Dr. Tarullo grew up in Loveland, Colo. He wanted to spend his professional life engaged in work that was satisfying, worthwhile and intellectually challenging and chose emergency medicine.
“It’s an honor to get to meet people at their most vulnerable, and it’s fulfilling to help them leave the hospital in better shape than when they came in,” he said.
He completed his residency in emergency medicine at a downtown county hospital in Kansas City, Mo. Medical interests include wilderness and travel medicine and toxicology.
He recently moved to Casper with his wife and three kids. “So far, we like the smaller town environment, the friendly people and the opportunity for playing in the outdoors.
“When not at work, I enjoy art, reading, hiking and the occasional indulgence in trashy reality television. As a family we like to travel both locally and internationally, cook new or weird dishes,” he said.
