Sarah Adsit is a certified physician’s assistant at Wyoming Nephrology. She attended Rocky Mountain College School of Allied Health in Billings, Mont. She started her career in Casper at Wyoming Cardiopulmonary where she worked for almost four years before transitioning to nephrology.

Annette Russell is a certified physician assistant. Russell grew up in Casper and attended nursing school at Casper College. She previously worked as a nurse at Wyoming Medical Center and as a physician assistant in cardiology. She also worked as a physician assistant in Gastroenterology Associates in Casper. She enjoys spending time with family and friends and partaking in the many outdoor activities around Casper.
As an internist and nephrologist with the Office of Attending Physician of Congress, Dr. Eric Sawyers provided care to 16 United States Senators and 75 Congressmen on 15 separate missions to 65 countries, including missions to North Korea, Libya and four different war zones. During Operation Iraqi Freedom, he performed the first U.S. military combat-related dialysis since the Vietnam War. He is a graduate of the United States Naval Academy and the Uniformed Services University of the Health Services in Bethesda, Md.
