Wyoming Endocrine and Diabetes offers patients specialized, guided care in diabetes management.
Our certified diabetes educators provide one-on-one education for people with type 1, type 2 or gestational diabetes as well as for people with pre-diabetes. Our program is recognized by the American Diabetes Association.

Jennifer Sesley, MS, RD, LD, CDE
Jennifer is a licensed and registered dietitian who enjoys collaborating with clients to meet their nutrition and health goals. She has worked as a certified diabetes educator for 15 years.
She earned her Master of Science in clinical nutrition at the University of Kansas. She enjoys music, reading, and spending time with her daughters.
Kathy Fuchs, BS, RD, LD
Kathy is a registered and licensed dietitian specializing in nutrition for a variety of disease states, disease prevention and weight loss. She believes nutrition is a key player in optimal health.
She received her Bachelor of Science in dietetics from Kansas State University. After completing her dietetic internship in Texas, she returned to Casper where she is currently working at Wyoming Endocrine and Diabetes Clinic.
