With new walk-in clinics and same-day appointments, we deliver the right care at the right time

There’s never a good time for a medical mishap. Whether you're suffering from a virus or a broken bone, you need expert care right away – not when it’s convenient for a doctor to see you.

Wyoming Medical Center now has several walk-in and same-day options available for all levels of medical need. Save this guide and keep it handy, so you’ll always know where to get the right care, when you need it.

Same-day appointments for bone, joint and back pain

When you’re in pain, you need to see a doctor as soon as possible. That's why Advantage Orthopedics and Neurosurgery offers same-day appointments. Simply call the office, and we'll work to get you feeling like yourself again.

We don’t assume surgery is always the answer, and we’ll work to find the least invasive treatments available. Advantage is Casper’s only such practice backed by Wyoming Medical Center’s full network of specialists.

When you or someone in your family needs quick medical care, you don’t always need to go to the emergency room. Studies show that half of all ER visits are not for true emergencies. Immediate Care is our full-service walk-in clinic open seven days a week, located in West Casper. Medicare, Medicaid and most insurances accepted.

Emergency Room for the most serious symptoms

For some symptoms, always go to the Emergency Room first. Ours is the only ER in Casper that can treat life-and-death conditions, and we are the region’s only Level II Trauma Center.

In cases of heart attack and stroke, always call 911. Do not try to drive yourself to the hospital or ask someone else to drive you. Wyoming Medical Center has award-winning heart attack and stroke care ranked among the best in the country. But our systems work the best when you dial 911 and let our paramedics come to you.

For other emergencies, if you are not sure which level of treatment is appropriate, go to the ER or call 911.
