Though he’d been heavy most of his life, Patrick Pasquinelli's weight started creeping upward after he got married. Two years ago, he’d reached 325 pounds. While he didn’t suffer high blood pressure, diabetes or other disease that are linked to obesity, Pasquinellie knew his health was at risk.
